Hey guys (:

This is driving me up the wall and puts me off braking and driving responsibly...I'm sure anyone with a passion for music can relate to this!

When I have my sound running, it either cuts out or distorts when i brake. Sometime it cuts out altogether and i have to wind th kno back to zero volume and bring it up again to regain my sound.

What the hell is this?? Sad

Saturday I think. Otherwise, it'll be early next week when I receive some parts I've ordered.

I'd say it's prolly a dodgy speaker wire or a dodgy earth.

After a lengthy phonecall with Pazz and a lot of unplugging, re-wiring, tantrums and music depressed passengers, It turned out to be my battery terminal. The power wasn't properly secured on the cop so i stripped the wire and tightened it up. Still fades when i brake sometimes but it's tonnes better now!

Starting to piss me off again. Really disliking it now, it just cuts out and has a tantrum at me whenever a brake. It's really starting to get to me because now my speakers aren't sounding right, crackling all the time and distorting etc...

check the earth/negative resistance? must be 0 ohms, with trigger wire and main power check what voltage your getting (with foot on brake).

are all the wires soldered? Poor connections, e4arthing and power supply will do this every time. When you put your foot on the brake there is a fair chance its drawing what power you have away from your deck as electricity will always to the path of least resistance.

Take a picture of you + and – connections still sounds like they might need to be redone?
