| Well today had a bit of a play around with the car, last night I had a thought about modding my eye level brake light using my vinyl cutter, so sat down today with a pencil and paper, sketched up how I wanted it to look and then cut the word "HOLDEN" out of black avery vinyl, removed the eye level brake light, and stuck the vinyl over the top....was a bit of a hassle as you have to remove the rear seat to access the parcel shelf to get to the light, but I think it was worth it.....As now when I hit the brakes this is what you see from behind....Cheers. Andy |

| Sorry to disappoint ya guys. While it looks excellent it is a defect. I looked into this last year because I had a mate that was learning lasercutting and wanted a project.
You will notice that even the brake lights you used to be able to buy with stop written on them are no longer available for that reason. ( except for some dodgy shops)
Up to you of course but I guarantee you will get done eventually
cheers Pazz | |

| That I do pazz will be laid up now for the entire weekend...my back has stopped me doing a lot of things but i have always taken pride in my cars and refuse to let a car as good as this go to rack and ruin by not keeping it clean....plus the outcome is worth it I think.....A couple of Morphine tablets before I start certainly helps. |

| thanks heaps Trev buddy, I know what ya mean about spending a few hours polishing...lol I usually wash her once a week, sometimes twice depending on how dirty she gets....but have been a bit slack of late, and also in a lot of pain so I let it go for a while....but there comes a point where you walk outside and look at it and just cant bear to see it sooo filthy.. |
