Just been cruising thru some tech tips in relation to my wagon and found this little gem if you are wondering why your car is running, like sh*t or you are having problems trying to start your engine

"The windscreen washer hose and the vacuum
supply line to the vacuum reservoir for the
cabin ventilation controls (located in front of the
left front wheel) are the same colour and the
same size. They both run through the same
grommet in the front corner of the left inner
guard. In the process of accident repairs to this
area the hoses were inadvertently swapped
during reassembly. The engine vacuum can
suck the windscreen washer fluid past the
electric pump and / or operation of the
windscreen washer pumps water into the inlet
manifold"

Cheers
Ron
