Kim says the bank account is healthy
Cliff has signed off on the account, however Pazz has found totalling issues on the bank account breakdown sheet; he signed it anyway because the grand total was correct.
The cheque to Pt Augusta has been sent, so those who have not paid yet, need to pay now.

Pazz: There will be a committee member in the chat room on Monday nights at 7:30pm

Cliff will look into this.

Pazz also wishes to add the existing Members Cars page into the forum.

Get rid of Auto-disconnect on the online chatroom cannot be done unfortunately.

Jason – Events Co-ordinator:
Would like to thank all the members who came out to SMASA. It was excellent to see Mark and Michelle win 2 awards as well. And to Dave for best graphics, who won best graphics.
The bingo night last saturday night was a huge success. He would like to thank the members and the 3 non members who came along for the night. Moneys raised has gone to the club for future events and club needs.
Jason proposes another bingo night, 25th of April, or 9th of May.
Pazz believes we should have it later on in the week. July is school holidays and seems to be the best candidate for the 18th of July.
Meeting attendees have accepted this as the next bingo event date.

Upcoming events:
This Sunday is the Cruise for Leukaemia
Members have been told what they need to be doing on the day (they have to be at Largs Bay Police Academy at 8:30am)

Kim says that Becky Cole wont be in Adelaide until after Cruise for Leukaemia.

Pazz and John do not know who Becky Cole is. They are in the dark.

The following week, 14/03/09 is Pt Augusta car show. Jason, Pazz, Kim, Cliff and Rob are going. Will be meeting at 4:30am, leaving at 5:00am.

On Sunday 15/03/09 Elizabeth Autobarn will be hosting a COCCSA carshow in celebration for the reopening of their store-front.

Old School New Age on the 28/03/2009. Meeting at 7:00AM Beach Road.

GM Day is on the 18/04/2009.

Bowling night on 30/05/2009, for $35.

Calendars are available.
Newsletter is nearly done, just has to visit a sponsor for the write up and will call people for any email addresses that failed.
He will add the new time for club meetings in the next one.
If members wish for something to be added to the newsletter, please contact Pazz.
He is considering having a section for the History of the Yellow Banana.

General business:
Cliff is concerned with club member attendee numbers at meetings and events
Kim says that she will start calling people and asking them what is wrong.
The website says there is no forum on it, however the website actually does have a forum. Cliff will be looking into this.
