Okay, so here's my new project...

Make: Holden
Model: Commodore VX SS
Year: 2001
Color: Red
Motor: Gen III LS1 255 V8

Modifications:
- Pacemaker extractors
- 2.5" full exhaust system
- New limited slip differential
- 1500W Pioneer Sub, 1000W Kenwood amp, Alpine type S speakers all round

Needs a little bit of work, but nothing I can't manage! Just needs a cut & polish, some paint touch-ups around the front lip and a new drivers side electric mirror! If anyobdy can help me source any of those bits, it would be great Smile

Got some new CSA Razor rims with RE002 tyres today, looks brilliant! Will have pics up shortly, but for now, here's the car after a bit of a wash the day it arrived...

I also had the rear passenger quarter window replaced, $40 well spent Cool

If anybody can source me a new drivers side electric mirror in red, I would be forever thankful! Calling up Just Commodore Spares shortly, but if anyone here has one, happy to take it off your hands!

Has it had an engine swap Jack ?? if it hasn't I hate to be the bearer of bad news but it's not a 255 LS1 , the owner most probably stuck the 255 LS1 sticker badge on

only the VX Clubsports had the 255 LS1....the reason I ask is the 255 badge on your car is on the WRONG side bud....below is a HSV Clubby Pic for verification and badge placement...

Either way is a very nice car and an even better price

No plans really mate, just keeping it clean, tidy and smooth Smile Might consider a clubsport kit if I get bored, but for now all my money is going towards the FTO! I'll have a huge list of updates in a few weeks, stay tunes for that Cool

Hahaha that'd be right! scratch

In that case, probably just a badge then... Either way, the power is insane! Makes the FTO feel like a lawn mower in comparison tongue
