We are meeting at regency park tafe on the regency road side at 7 am and then going to the oval
as a group otherwise u may not be allowed to show with the club.

Ok guys, have found out from the SMASA meeting on Monday night that this is shaping up to be a much bigger event than last year. Plenty of trophies and trade stands. Flowers will be given out for valentines day and plenty of special interest vehicles will be on show.

As we are now affiliated with SMASA and seeing as it is the first show for the year I would like to have a massive club display for this one.

All club members displaying with the club have their entry priced at the SMASA members price of $10. The committee has decided to subsidise the entry for the first 25 cars as well so this event is free if you display with the club.

Dont forget the participation points scheme will be active by then so you will also receive 4 points for attending this one event.

So get your names on the list and get your entries in as soon as possible. Hope to see you there

Completely free I was entering anyways, so if you would like the VH S/LE displayed with the club, count me in. (I must be part scottish, cant pass by a bargain)

The car should be polished already after its "movie debut"

This Club President organised a bit part (blink and you miss it) for the VH in an international movie starring Hugo Weaving titled "Oranges & Sunshine" based in 1986, so they required early Commodore's for filming on the 27-01-2010 in the city (Grote St)

Bump, running out of time guys and gals

Went to the smasa meeting tonight and submitted all the entry forms I had. If anyone else wants to enter I will be posting a few late entries in on Friday so if you still want to enter get your entries in to me in the next few days.

If you have access to a scanner then you can email the completed forms through to me.



I was a little bit embarrassed tonight when I found out that the FPV club who only have 45 financial members ( we have 95) has 20 cars at this show and they are not offering any rebates or benefits to their members.
We have made this a free show and are giving extra points towards an end of year prize and to date we can only manage 13.

hope to get more entries during the week

HI pazz im not gonna put car in but if not busy with tafe will come and put my club shirt on and have a yawn im sorry i cant enter car its not exactly worth entering but will try to attend more club events and if dont go to long will start to come to club meetings

Entry Scanned and Emailed.

Im working that arvo, so ill have to leave early, still keen to come and show my car with the club

well started cleaning the car about 12.00pm today saturday all that needs doing now is final touches like interior dust and shine/ windows/ wheels/chrome strips/tyres should be able to do all this tomorrow at the show before it opens to the public

finished mine about 10 minutes ago......doesnt even look real clean but it will do !!!

well its now 10pm and all ive done is wash the car argh spent nearly all day at coops building his bbq area looks like a late night for us.
