Thanks for coming
For those that don’t know Bill Burley is in hospital. He is doing well. He thanks every one for all their thoughts.
Club name change voted NO
Club logo competition, Month of March the logo chosen will win $100
Events planner is on the back table
We have had contact from Repco. They have a new product they would like to market through the car clubs. Depends on what they offer if we take it any further.
We have got some fact sheets from the police on ie bonnet scoops and lowering of cars if anyone wants them. Contact Pazz and he will email it out to you.
Police are asking if they can come and do a chat. They have guaranteed us they will not be walking through the car park checking out cars before hand.

Welcome every one.
Club fishing trip has been set for 14th May. There will be a day cruise also on the Sunday for other members to travel down to Wallaroo. We will also have a photo shoot on the beach of all the cars.

Secretary – Lea
Sign in book, brochures, entry forms for GM day and Old skool new age entry forms, suggestion box on the table. It is very important that everyone signs in.

Bank is healthy

Lots of renewals coming in this month, 6 so far

Still working with sponsors to get them to sign up.
City Southside looking to sponsor banners and trophies.

Cruise - Daniel
Welcome back cruise we had 14 cars turn up so well done.
We did a scavenger hunt and well done Auzzie and Nat Taking out 1st place.
Grandpa and Lydia coming in 2nd and Cameron 3rd
Next cruise will be a night cruise on the 19th March.

Gm day entries to be in by 18th March
Entry forms for Old Skool New Age on table also.

Should be out at the end of the month


General
A 50% deposit will be required when purchasing merchandise from now on.
People have ordered shirts and then changed their minds, members have received shirts and have not paid, or have paid and not received their shirts.The club lost $300 on merchandise last year and the committee don’t want to see it happen again.
All merchandise orders to go through Pazz at the moment.
