Love those old classic Commodores, an era when Commodores were made strong. Look forward to seeing what you have install for it.

Love it! Should clean up alright. Looks pretty straight too. Do all the fancy SLE electrical bits work?

Dunno if I'd call them strong, you'd be surprised how weak the front ends are. You should see how much the strut towers flex in our VH dirt circuit car! lol

Will find out about the electrics once I get some initial work done on it Danny.

There's a lot more strain on them when they're driven hard on bitumen then the dirt. On the dirt ya got bugger all traction, on bitumen the tyres grip alot better, putting ALOT more strain on the suspension. Commodores aren't strong, not when ya compare them to earlier models. Obviously it's due to the safety aspect, as in their designed to fold up around it's occupants when in a collision.

And all of them remind me of the 1980 Vauxhall Viceroy 2500, there was only around 2000 built in the U.K. Also known as Opel/ Holden Commodore in Europe, South Africa & Austrailia.

Yeah dunno if that would be worth a grand. Just seeing primer over everything which is left in the car looks dodgy....so wat else is done dodgy? You'd wanna rub it back to metal and redo it to be sure ur paint is gonna stick!

Took the seats out of the SLE for bit of a clean up. Here are some before and after pics. I think they came up pretty good

did you cut its throat on the way out mate it seems to have bled out lol

typical northern suburbs...you will stash bodies anywhere nowadays!

Nearly ready for a start up. Straight out the extractors in the carport should sound pretty good
