Pazz opened the meeting and welcomed everyone we have been running a points system throughout the year on attendance of amount of club events and meetings 1st place was a joint winner George & Margaret 2nd place went to Trudy 3rd place went to Gary might do something different next year.
Thanks to the members that went to rocktober Steve won his first ever trophy Thanks to those members that went to Extreme horsepower we signed 9 new members. someone came to pazz and asked about putting car for sale on forum Ute for sale $26,000
need to know numbers for Xmas party asap at Collins reserve 12th December
also a card has been placed on back table from car detailing Imperial Car Cleaning

Daniel a great Rocktober cruise next club cruise 21st November charity cruise 28th November a Xmas cruise with S.A. Hot Rod club to see lights on Xmas eve

Promotions we gained a new sponsor during week south-side real estate will do some free printing and other printing a a small cost

Ron asked if some members will do a display of cars for there council Xmas party

Michelle spoke about some members wearing there club shirts on non club events and behaving badly but wouldn't name and shame even to committee

General business Jason spoke about time with club and asked to be removed from all his committee positions effectively immediately

Kim also spoke about things happening and stood down from her committee positions effectively immediately

Joan also stood down from committee effectively intermediately

next year want to spark up meetings with a guest speaker every 2nd meeting
