Pazz – President
Welcomed our new members Greg and Stephen. Also welcomed Gary to the meeting.
Found new car and bike show run by Christian family centre in Seaton. Free to enter, they judge cars and give certificate, held every 2 months. Will keep posted on the net.
Thinking of holding another dyno day for August as there is only 1 cruise for that month.
In the SMASA Mag there is a great spread on Ray and Jenene's car “MY TOY 2”
Cliff has stepped down as web admin so position is available.
Pazz voted in to do web admin and Andy voted in to do News Letter.

Didn’t have much to say but has been busy moving house.
Thanked Mark for a great cruise and every body that turned up.

Events – Jason
Congratulations to Rob, Mario and Ron for winning trophies at All Commodore Day. Was a nice day, great to see the cars that did go and display looked good. Hope every one had fun.
Bingo night on the 28th Nov had to be cancelled due to lack of people.
Christmas break up on the 12th Dec. Those who put their names down we require a $10 deposit asap. Please speak to Jason Kim or Pazz for arrangements to be made. Non members is $20 and members will get their $10 back on the night.

Cruise – Mark
We had a long cruise on Sunday and had 12 cars turn up, approx 30 people for lunch in Clare and then on to Wallaroo. Luckily it only rained a bit while we were driving but it was a great day.
Look forward to more cruises next year.
Welcome back cruise will be on 24th Jan. It will be a scavenger hunt with a bbq lunch.

Promotions – Steve
Boss has signed up to sponsor us for another 12 months.
Looking at doing chocolates again around Feb March if any one is interested see Kim.
Pazz has written a letter to our sponsors letting them know about our promotions for next year and to see if we can get them onboard for special deals during the year to earn extra points, thanked them for the year and asked them to come to meetings and do presentations on their business.
May do a cruise where we drive past the sponsors so members know where they are.
