Alias VL!!

Hi all i have a blue VL which has extractors and sports exhaust 2.5 inch and i have 15inch Auscar mags with 225r15 on them besides that i havent done anything to it yet as im short on cash but im playin on either gettin another vl or buyin a 3.8liter V6 and auto gearbox and puttin that in and maybe gettin a 4.11 diff and gettin shaved meaning dents taken out and engine bay more tidier and door locks removed and also adding vt rubbers instead of the vl stuff the interiour will hopefully have a cream/yellowish interiour well thats a start of what i would like. Here are the only photos i have of it at the moment will take more

Not bad mate, overall it looks pretty neat and tidy.

There's a guy on the HCC forum selling a VL for like 600 bux, just has a dodgy trans. Doesn't look to bad tho, it's a nice colour.

Looks like a good starting point, cant wait to see how it progresses

Hi all yeah its not to bad from pics but up close it needs alot of work and it dont help that some yobbo who didnt care reversed into it and didnt stop when hit it just kept goin so have huge dent and the windows need major work on them due to rust around them but hay depends wat happens as to wat i can do at moment just trying to find prices on the stuff i want in it and who could do it for me or with me as i have starting tools not a engine craine or nothing fancy so at moment she out back till i decide if i can do stuff or just to look for more betta starting project we will see but i will keep you all posted though and nice to meet you pazz

Hi all today i brought some new figure 8 exhaust rubbers and fitted them and i also took out the old parcel shelf and put a new one in tell you what a f**k pain it was then i found out my 6x9 wouldnt fit cause the frame speaker holes were only meant for 6inch ones so i didnt want to cut them at all so i went to supercheap auto's to buy some spacers hoping they would fit and what do you know nice and snug i also started to pull out old washer bottle and put the one out of the old vl cause it was in better nick but i got one screw out then the other one is threaded so some how im gonna have to get it out not sure yet well thats all i did today!

the reason i asked mate is because me and my partner and really good friends with the ppl u bought the blue vl from in lobethal and i recognised the driveway and shed in ur photos. We caught up with them acouple of days ago and he confrimed that it was there vl that u bought and i was just curious.

Hi in-debt unfortunatly its had a hard life their are alot of things wrong with her so im quite sad to say im no thinking of selling her putting money towards this new vl i have i loved the colour and everything but the motor stuffed and gearbox is f**k so i really dont have much i can do with it. Its had its miss treatments i had gearbox serviced and all but to much rough stuff with her she just doesnt want to go i am upset and anoid bout it but not every car you find is a gem

Hi all i recently had my Yellow VL defected for so called wiring and tires so i had an auto electrician fix lights ie had to do earthing for back and front also their was miss comunication i also wanted him to tidy up the loose wires but he didnt i got it home tuesday nite went to go start her and she wouldnt fire and alarm went haywire so i rebooked it in for the following day and had to get tow truck out 120 to take it round the corner i got the auto electriction to tidy up wires and pull out old horn and alarm i got it back late this arvo i then putt my old r152205 on and took her to the cop station and YES they took the defect off thankyou i also got my new washer bottle today so i put that in well thats all for now will keep you posted

Hi all just a quick update first yayayayaya im moving back to adelaide yippee second of all i have brought some 17inch Xhp krayzee wheels just have the mags at the moment deciding what rubber to put on them and the next thing im doing is getting bigger diff well thats it for now
